We are crafting a potent gathering. Your offering, our intentional presence and the sacred land culminate a staying power, providing benefit for all. Thank you for answering the call.
Listed here are the details and information on how to navigate a fulfilling experience as a Presenter.
Christina and Janelle will be available to support you. Up until 9/25, 10am, call or text (510-463-1481) any specific needs, concerns or questions you have in facilitating your offering. Sooner rather than later is best! Be aware that cell phone reception is sparse on the mountain and we might be unavailable starting Friday morning. Yet we will be on the mountain to support your fulfillment.
1) Bring any/all supplies or gear needed. There are minimal tables that we can allocate and we ask all campers to bring their own chairs. Let us know if you require a table.
2) We recommend that you begin to prepare for set-up one hour prior your time slot.
3) If you have need to play amplified music we have a Bluetooth speaker available. MAKE SURE TO DOWNLOAD YOUR PLAYLIST TO YOUR DEVICE BECAUSE THERE IS LITTLE TO NO RECEPTION AT MADRE GRANDE.
4) During the Presenter’s Reveal on Friday, ~8pm, you are encouraged to communicate a bit about yourself, your offering and what to bring for an enjoyable experience.
5) There are 10 attendees for our weekend together. We encourage all to participate yet some may choose to simply be with the land during the offerings. All is well, we are flowing!
6) When campers equal 10 or less, we ask that each Presenter alert all at the start of the offering by activating the GONG two times.
